Quality Control System

We have a strict 4-step quality control process to ensure every batch of products meets your quality requirements and international standards.

1

Raw Material Inspection

All incoming raw materials are strictly inspected before entering the warehouse:

  • Visual inspection of appearance, color, odor and packaging
  • Test of moisture content, purity and active ingredient content
  • Microbial test for bacteria, mold and yeast
  • Heavy metal test for lead, arsenic, mercury and cadmium
  • Pesticide residue test to ensure compliance with international standards

Only raw materials that pass all tests are allowed to enter the production process. Unqualified raw materials are returned directly to suppliers.

2

In-Process Quality Control

We conduct real-time monitoring and testing during the entire production process:

  • Monitoring of extraction temperature, pressure and time parameters
  • Regular sampling and testing of semi-finished products
  • Control of purification, concentration and drying processes
  • Real-time adjustment of process parameters to ensure product consistency
  • Strict hygiene management of production environment and equipment

Our quality control team inspects every production stage to ensure that all process parameters meet the specified standards before proceeding to the next stage.

3

Finished Product Testing

Every batch of finished products undergoes comprehensive testing before leaving the factory:

  • Full test of appearance, solubility, particle size and color
  • Precise test of active ingredient content using HPLC/GC/UV spectrophotometer
  • Microbial limit test (total plate count, coliform, yeast, mold, pathogenic bacteria)
  • Heavy metal and pesticide residue test
  • Stability test under different temperature and humidity conditions
  • Packaging inspection to ensure no damage and proper labeling

Only products that pass all tests are allowed to be shipped. Each batch of products comes with a complete Certificate of Analysis (COA) with all test results.

4

Sample Retention & Traceability System

We have a complete sample retention and traceability system for every batch of products:

  • Each batch of products is retained for at least 2 years after the shelf life
  • Complete production records are kept for each batch, including raw material sources, production parameters and test results
  • All products can be traced back to the original raw material batch and production date
  • We can provide full traceability documents upon request

This system ensures that we can quickly investigate and resolve any quality issues that may arise after delivery, and continuously improve our production process.
